Our Vision

Three pillars guiding every school toward a culture of innovation, leadership, and entrepreneurial excellence.

Build Young Innovators

Empowering school students to think creatively, identify real-life problems, and forge innovative solutions from the earliest stages of their journey.

Create a School Entrepreneurship Ecosystem

Establishing a working entrepreneurship cell that promotes innovation, collaboration, leadership, and entrepreneurial culture within every school campus.

Bridge Learning with Real-World Exposure

Providing real-world exposure at a young age to enhance soft skills — leadership, public speaking, event management, critical thinking, and entrepreneurial knowledge.

The Compass

Our Mission

NextGen Innovators is a school-level entrepreneurship initiative by E-Cell GCOE Kolhapur, designed to plant the seeds of entrepreneurial thinking in young minds.

We believe that the greatest ideas are born when students learn to see problems as opportunities — and are given the tools, mentorship, and platform to act on them.

I

Identify & Innovate

Train students to spot real-world problems and ideate breakthrough solutions using design thinking principles.

II

Collaborate & Lead

Build cross-grade squads that foster teamwork, communication, and leadership from day one.

III

Compete & Excel
